THESE 4 THINGS
- Great article on women working in technology! I'm lovin that!
I think the misconception is that you have to start behaving like someone you're not or you have to adapt to someone else's behavior, when the exact reason that you’re valuable is because you are different. The most important thing is talent and you are working at your job because you are talented, not because you are a woman. Recognize that your perspective is just as important as anybody else's.

- Height. Something I'm reminded of quite often. I'm 5'10 and adore heels, wedges, and shoes in general. I love that I have never let me height get in the way of wearing a 4in wedge. Tanja and I are both "tall women" and we love when people say, "You are so tall!" I find that it would probably be insulting for me to say to someone, "Oh, you are so short today!" No? Being in Serbia I don't feel like my height makes stand out anymore which has been interesting. In a club or walking down the street in heels I don't feel overdressed or overly tall. So thank you Eastern Europe. I appreciate the extra height.
